About the position

The Staff Software Engineer will be a key member of the Corporate Access Web Platform Team, responsible for developing and enhancing web solutions for corporate access management. This role focuses on frontend development for B2B web platforms, particularly in the financial services and events management sectors. The position is fully remote and offers a competitive salary along with a discretionary annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance frontend web applications for corporate access management solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Maintain and improve existing web platforms, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in Frontend Development for B2B Web Platforms, preferably in Corporate Access Solutions or Financial Services Technology.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience for web platforms using React, Typescript, Remix, and Tailwind (Remix & Tailwind are not must-haves).
• Experience working in a C#, Azure, Windows environment is a must.
• Strong experience in Full Stack Engineering with a focus on frontend web development.
• Bachelor's Degree or greater in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
