About The Position

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in revolutionizing healthcare by building products that meet the needs of both providers and patients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Design, to bring innovative features to market, driving Zocdoc's mission forward. You'll provide technical leadership, guide design decisions, and mentor engineers to drive best practices across the organization. For providers, attracting new patients is vital-about 20% of their patient panel needs replacement annually. Zocdoc strives to make growth easy by connecting practices with high-intent patients and providing measurable results. However, healthcare onboarding is complex, involving provider information, qualifications, EHR integration, and insurance setup among others.
