About the position

The Staff Strategic Marketing Manager, DSP and Expand, is responsible for orchestrating and adopting field programs aligned with the Data Streaming Platform (DSP) go-to-market (GTM) strategy and marketing initiatives in the Americas. This role is pivotal in driving company growth and establishing a brand identity centered on data streaming, focusing on DSP expansion programs and strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate field initiatives with marketers supporting National Accounts, Digital Native & Emerging Markets, Financial Services, and Public Sector sales segments.
  • Plan and execute 1:1 and 1:few marketing initiatives targeting key accounts in the Americas.
  • Support a cross-functional team consisting of field marketing managers, sales leaders, and account executives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to marketing and sales leadership, driving adoption of DSP initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global campaigns, partner marketing, and product marketing to increase market share.
  • Build the DSP field marketing strategy aligned to sales and marketing priorities.
  • Ensure flawless execution of DSP and field marketing strategy, delivering a superior end-user experience.
  • Support facets of the field marketing plan including strategy, targeting, program execution, metrics, and budget.
  • Identify relevant marketing messages, use cases, assets, channels, and calls to action for AMER regions.
  • Leverage a consistent campaign strategy with global campaigns in regional field marketing programs.
  • Align with sales enablement and SDR teams to increase program adoption and ensure lead follow-up SLAs are met.
  • Report on business impact on pipeline/bookings, database growth, and account engagement.
  • Analyze and communicate AMER DSP performance using a data-driven approach.
  • Manage budgets, pipeline targets, performance, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of proven field marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS, preferably in the data industry.
  • Experience working closely with Sales to create and scale regional marketing plans.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline in new logos and expanding customer accounts.
  • Data-driven mindset with an understanding of pipeline management and metrics.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across various marketing and sales teams.
  • Proactive self-starter with high initiative and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive attitude with demonstrated ability to achieve results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Self-motivated and innovative, able to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Experience with tools like Splash, Jira, Tableau, and Asana.
