About the position

The Staff Strategic Marketing Manager, DSP and Expand, is responsible for orchestrating and adopting field programs aligned with the Data Streaming Platform (DSP) go-to-market strategy in the Americas. This role is pivotal in driving growth and establishing a brand identity centered on data streaming, focusing on DSP expansion programs and strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for key accounts. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to build efficient go-to-market plans, engage customers through targeted campaigns, and drive predictable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate field initiatives with marketers supporting National Accounts, Digital Native & Emerging Markets, Financial Services, and Public Sector sales segments.
  • Plan and execute 1:1 and 1:few marketing initiatives targeting key accounts in the Americas.
  • Support a cross-functional team consisting of field marketing managers, sales leaders, and account executives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to marketing and sales leadership, driving adoption of DSP initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global campaigns, partner marketing, and product marketing to increase market share.
  • Build the DSP field marketing strategy aligned to sales and marketing priorities.
  • Ensure flawless execution of DSP and field marketing strategy, overseeing programs run by field marketing managers.
  • Support facets of the field marketing plan including strategy, targeting, and metrics.
  • Identify relevant marketing messages and assets for account segments in the AMER regions.
  • Leverage consistent campaign strategy and messaging in regional field marketing programs.
  • Align with sales enablement and SDR teams to increase program adoption.
  • Report on business impact on pipeline/bookings and account engagement.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of proven field marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS, preferably in the data industry.
  • Experience working closely with Sales to create and scale regional marketing plans.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline in new logos and expanding customer accounts.
  • Data-driven mindset with an understanding of pipeline management and metrics.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across various marketing and sales teams.
  • Proactive self-starter with high initiative and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to achieve results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Self-motivated and innovative, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Highly organized with strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Experience with tools like Splash, Jira, Tableau, and Asana.
