We are looking for a Staff Strategy and Business Intelligence Analyst who is an intellectual perfectionist, driven by complex problems and data-driven solutions. This role is pivotal in creating dynamic business intelligence dashboards within our BI platform, Microstrategies, and developing an intimate knowledge of our data architecture and criteria. The successful candidate will advise senior management based on data-driven discoveries and assist them in understanding problems and devising effective solutions. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic BI dashboards within our BI platform, Microstrategies
• Develop intimate knowledge of our data architecture and data criteria
• Advise senior management based on data-driven discovery
• Assist senior management in understanding problems and devising solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, business intelligence, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Exceptional working knowledge of SQL
• Exceptional mathematical skills
• Working knowledge of Microstrategies preferred, but not required
