The Staff Strategy and Business Intelligence Analyst will be an intellectual perfectionist, motivated by complex problems and data-driven solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of our data architecture and the ability to create dynamic business intelligence dashboards using our BI platform, Microstrategies. The analyst will work closely with senior management, providing insights based on data-driven discoveries and assisting them in understanding problems and devising effective solutions. This role is essential for ensuring that our strategic decisions are informed by accurate and comprehensive data analysis, ultimately contributing to our goal of connecting people to the cleanest energy on earth.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic BI dashboards within our BI platform, Microstrategies
• Develop intimate knowledge of our data architecture and data criteria
• Advise senior management based on data-driven discovery
• Assist senior management in understanding problems and devising solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, business intelligence, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Exceptional working knowledge of SQL
• Exceptional mathematical skills
• Working knowledge of Microstrategies preferred, but not required
