This role is crucial in helping us understand our data architecture and providing insights that will guide senior management in decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will create dynamic business intelligence dashboards using our BI platform, Microstrategies, and develop a deep understanding of our data criteria. You will be advising senior management based on data-driven discoveries and assisting them in understanding problems and devising effective solutions. This position is not just about analyzing data; it’s about using that data to drive strategic decisions that will impact the future of our company and the way we serve our customers.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic BI dashboards within our BI platform, Microstrategies
• Develop intimate knowledge of our data architecture and data criteria
• Advise senior management based on data-driven discovery
• Assist senior management in understanding problems and devising solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, business intelligence, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Exceptional working knowledge of SQL
• Exceptional mathematical skills
• Working knowledge of Microstrategies preferred, but not required
