About the position

Marvell Technology is seeking a highly skilled Staff Supply Chain Analyst to join their dynamic team in Santa Clara, CA. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making processes within semiconductor supply chain operations. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools to collect, analyze, and visualize supply chain data, providing actionable insights to optimize inventory management, improve supply planning, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of inefficiencies.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement and drive implementation.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards to visualize and analyze supply chain performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute data-driven strategies for operational excellence.
• Utilize statistical models, predictive analytics, and AI/ML to forecast supply requirements and optimize inventory levels.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, business intelligence, or a related role within the semiconductor or technology industry.
• Experience in design and development of data dashboards, reports, and metrics.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into IT requirements and drive cross-functional implementation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, DAX, or R.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and principles, including order management, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
