About the position

The Staff Systems Engineer Architect at Northrop Grumman is responsible for managing and maintaining the Cameo suite of tools, administering Teamwork Cloud (TWC), and deploying plugins effectively. This role involves ensuring optimal performance, reliability, user satisfaction, data integrity, security, and availability across all areas of responsibility. The position is integral to the team and requires a strong aptitude for Cameo tool administration, with a focus on developing and implementing a moderate federation plan and maintaining project-level permissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Cameo suite of tools.
• Administer Teamwork Cloud (TWC) and TWC Collaborator.
• Effectively manage and deploy plugins using the Cameo resource plugin manager.
• Develop and implement a moderate federation plan.
• Maintain a board review and baseline process.
• Administer project-level permissions and TWC permissions.
• Ensure optimal performance, reliability, user satisfaction, data integrity, security, and availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 14 years of engineering experience, or a Master's degree with 12 years, or a PhD with 9 years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an interim Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance after starting employment.
• Recent experience with Cameo, Magic Draw, or other MBSE tools like Rhapsody, Sparx EA, and Enterprise Architect.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• Applied knowledge of aircraft design.
• Experience in the military aerospace development environment.
• Experience developing various DODAF view artifacts using MBSE tools like CAMEO.
