We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the development of our Business Process Management & Workflow domain. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing interconnected work across multiple teams, ensuring the delivery of user-friendly products that streamline operations and enhance the customer experience. Your deep understanding of end-to-end business operations will be crucial as you launch and scale new products across various use cases and user groups. As a Staff Product Manager, you will develop a product vision and strategy that aligns with Sunrun's overall goals. You will lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition to execution and roadmap development. Your ability to assess feature value and performance metrics in collaboration with finance and business teams will drive prioritization and achieve effective outcomes. You will also support requirements definition through wireframes, process flows, user stories, and other artifacts, while identifying dependencies across teams to accelerate product time to value. Customer focus is paramount in this role. You will conduct user research using various methodologies to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring an intuitive user experience that delights internal customers and enables expedient operational execution. Collaboration and communication will be key as you drive cross-functional product roadmap alignment and decisions across business teams, products, and engineering, clearly communicating product plans and progress at all organizational levels.
