In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing highly interconnected work across multiple teams, ensuring the delivery of user-friendly products that streamline operations and enhance the customer experience. Your deep understanding of end-to-end business operations will be crucial as you launch and scale new products across various use cases and user groups. As a Staff Product Manager, you will develop a product vision and strategy that aligns with Sunrun's overall goals and objectives. You will lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition to prioritization, execution, roadmap development, and deprecation when necessary. Collaborating with finance and business teams, you will assess feature value and performance metrics, driving prioritization to achieve effective outcomes. Your role will also involve defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure product and feature success, ensuring continuous improvement. Customer focus is paramount in this position. You will conduct user research using various methodologies to gather insights and validate product concepts, delivering an intuitive user experience that delights internal customers and enables expedient operational execution. Additionally, you will drive cross-functional product roadmap alignment and decisions across business teams, products, and engineering, clearly communicating product plans, progress, and outcomes at all organizational levels.
