We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the development of our Business Process Management & Workflow domain. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing interconnected work across multiple teams, ensuring the delivery of user-friendly products that streamline operations and enhance the customer experience. This position requires a deep understanding of end-to-end business operations and the ability to effectively launch and scale new products across various use cases and user groups. As a Staff Product Manager, you will develop a product vision and strategy that aligns with Sunrun's overall goals and objectives. You will lead the full product lifecycle, which includes discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, execution, roadmap development, and deprecation when necessary. You will assess feature value and performance metrics in collaboration with finance and business teams, driving prioritization to achieve the most effective outcomes. Your role will also involve defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure product and feature success, driving continuous improvement. Customer focus is paramount in this role. You will conduct user research using various methodologies to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring that the user experience is intuitive and meets the needs of internal customers. Additionally, you will drive cross-functional product roadmap alignment and decisions across business teams, products, and engineering, clearly communicating product plans, progress, and outcomes at all levels of the organization.
