About the position

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at GE HealthCare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our product development team, particularly in the Sales Incentive Compensation space, which is expanding into Sales Performance Management. This position requires you to work closely with application or domain leaders to ensure that the product vision aligns with customer needs and market demands. You will be responsible for gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) requirements, fine-tuning product features, and obtaining valuable feedback from stakeholders. Your role will involve extensive interaction with customers and stakeholders to conduct interviews and elaborate on user personas, ensuring that the product meets the expectations of its users. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products effectively. You will manage the product backlog by continuously ordering and prioritizing tasks to ensure that there are always 1-2 sprints or iterations of backlog ready for development. You will work alongside Product Managers and Technical Product Managers to break down features into consumable user stories, facilitating discussions with the development team to provide clarifications, accept stories, and refine them as necessary. Your expertise in Agile methodology will be crucial as you lead the digital transformation of Sales Performance Management in the USA, ensuring that the product development process is efficient and aligned with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Create a clear strategic direction for the product development team focusing on Sales Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management.
  • Interact with customers and stakeholders to gather VOC requirements and obtain product feedback.
  • Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on user personas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that 1-2 sprints of backlog are always ready.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and TPMs to decompose features into consumable user stories.
  • Engage with the development team to facilitate discussions, provide clarifications, and contribute to design activities.
  • Apply Agile methodology in product development processes.
  • Lead the digital transformation of Sales Performance Management in the USA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressive experience in Oracle Fusion, sales performance management, or a combination thereof.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Oracle Fusion.
  • Five (5) years of experience in sales incentive compensation roles.
  • Five (5) years leading vendor teams of at least five (5) individuals.
  • Five (5) years of product management experience including writing user stories, delivery, testing, and deployment.
  • Five (5) years of experience in wing-to-wing sales performance management for incentive compensation.
  • Scrum experience and integrations between solutions.
  • Certification in Oracle Incentive Compensation Implementation or Oracle CX Sales Implementation (required at time of hire).
