About the position

The Staff Technical Product Manager at Chewy will play a pivotal role in the Supply Chain Research & Planning (SCRP) group, focusing on the Outbound Science and Tech team. This position is designed for a strategic leader with extensive experience in supply chain management and product development, responsible for guiding the vision and strategy for outbound supply chain systems. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that enhance the experience of pet parents and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for outbound supply chain products.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, product owners, Operations, and business leaders for successful product launches.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for workflows and analyze performance data for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and ensuring alignment with product goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven product management experience.
• Proficient in analyzing and effectively communicating metrics to support recommendations.
• Experience in supply chain technology is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with leadership.
• Master's degree in business, science, or engineering.
• Track record of working with science and engineering teams and delivering tech products.
• Fluency in SQL and/or Tableau.
