About the position

The Staff Technical Program Manager at Global Tech is responsible for coordinating and managing the development of large-scale, cross-functional projects within a multi-disciplinary environment. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering, product, business, and data science teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance supply chain operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the development of large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • De-risk the development and deployment of decision-supported software systems.
  • Work with engineering, product, business, and data science teams to deliver programs on time and with quality.
  • Plan efforts, estimate resource capacity needs, and align stakeholders on execution plans.
  • Isolate dependencies and produce/defend associated roadmaps.
  • Understand engineering architectures and scrutinize product specifications.
  • Integrate stakeholder inputs into the overall program plan and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
  • 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
  • Demonstrated technical bias for engineering design, concepts, services, APIs, etc.
  • Solid foundation in Product Management fundamentals.
  • Depth in supply chain domain including design, planning, and operations.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a positive outlook when confronted with challenges.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain (business operations, system development).
  • Data science exposure (certification, academic work, industry experience).
