About the position

The position is focused on managing programs that transform the Finance operations at Walmart through the Finance Modernization Program, specifically implementing S4 Hana. The role involves leading and collaborating with project managers on high-priority programs, ensuring effective technical program management and integration across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and collaborate on PMO and Integration activities for the Finance Modernization Program.
• Implement S4 Hana for Walmart's Finance operations.
• Solve complex problems for stakeholders by providing world-class technical program management.
• Develop streamlined, dependable service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
• 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area if no degree is held.
• Very good Project and Program management skills.
• Experience managing transformational and cross-functional programs.
• Knowledge in Finance Technology.
• Proactive and innovative mindset.
• Adaptability and strong execution skills focused on achieving results.
• Good influence and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in Project Management.
• Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years' experience in product design.
• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
