About the position

HomeDiary, a FloorPlanOnline Service, is seeking a Real Estate Videographer to enhance our real estate photography services. This role involves creating high-quality video clips of residential and commercial properties, with the potential for drone footage. The videographer will work on a contract basis, providing flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to upsell video services alongside photography jobs. No video editing is required, as a centralized production team will handle that aspect.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video clips of homes and other areas for real estate listings.
• Provide optional drone video services for residential and commercial properties.
• Upload raw video content for editing by the centralized production team.
• Work flexibly, often in conjunction with regular photo shoots.
• Upsell video services to clients when possible.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of videography experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate various job timings.
• Resourceful, helpful, and a self-starter.
• Team player with exceptional customer service skills.
• FAA Part 107 Certification or pilot license and specific drone insurance.
• Business and auto insurance with appropriate liability levels.
• Samples or website link of recent work.

Nice-to-haves

• Photography skills to supplement videography work.
