A significant aspect of your role will involve leading the candidate relationship process, which is crucial for improving candidate experience, retention rates, and generating referrals. You will also create engaging recruitment marketing materials, including job descriptions, live events, and campaigns designed to attract candidates to our organization. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating recruitment advertising, conducting employment verifications, and managing the full credentialing process for healthcare providers. You will assist in maintaining accurate information within our staffing scheduling platform and support staffing assignment matching. Additionally, you will develop and manage our digital marketing strategy, which encompasses our website, social media presence, online review management, and content creation such as blogs and success stories. You will conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities within our staffing service line and develop relationships with prospective clients.
