About the position

As a Staffing Agency Healthcare Recruiter and Community Liaison at Interim HealthCare, you will play a pivotal role in our staffing and recruitment department. This position requires a dynamic individual with experience in all facets of agency staffing and recruitment, as well as community liaison responsibilities. We are looking for a true people person, someone driven by a passion for excellence and capable of expanding our lines of business through effective recruitment, branding, community outreach, and business development. This is an in-office position located in North Charleston, SC, and candidates must be local to the area. In this role, you will assist in developing strategic recruiting plans that utilize creative and cost-effective methods. You will be responsible for implementing targeted recruitment strategies and establishing best practice recruitment efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to improve candidate experience and retention rates. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging recruitment marketing materials, coordinating recruitment advertising, conducting employment verification, and managing the staffing schedule. You will also assist in maintaining accurate information in our staffing scheduling platform and verify licensures and credentials for healthcare providers. Additionally, you will conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities within our staffing service line and develop relationships with prospective clients. Establishing and maintaining contacts with referral sources, such as clinics and hospitals, will be crucial for securing staffing contracts. You will prepare and conduct presentations regarding Interim HealthCare to organizations that may influence prospective clients. This role also involves completing other assignments as requested and assigned, contributing to the overall success of our staffing business line.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing strategic recruiting plans utilizing creative and cost-effective methods.
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Establish best practice recruitment efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead the candidate relationship process to improve candidate experience and retention rates.
  • Create engaging recruitment marketing materials, including job descriptions and campaigns.
  • Coordinate recruitment advertising, including creating and posting job openings.
  • Conduct employment verification and full credentialing processes.
  • Assist with staffing schedule and implementation of staffing scheduling platform.
  • Maintain accurate information in staffing scheduling platform.
  • Assist with staffing assignment matching and client information updates.
  • Verify licensures and credentials for nurses and healthcare providers.
  • Manage electronic onboarding processes and timelines.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop community partnerships for staffing contracts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources for staffing.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations regarding Interim HealthCare to prospective clients.
  • Implement account development strategies to secure growth in staffing business line.
  • Complete other assignments as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject or equivalent years of training and work experience.
  • Five years of successful recruitment, marketing, and community liaison experience, preferably in healthcare services.
  • Agency experience in clinical staffing with extensive knowledge of the Charleston market.
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with medical staffing and recruitment, referral sources, and market.
  • Computer and Internet literacy.
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to accomplish goals under short deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.
