About the position

The Staffing Agency Sales Recruiting Manager at Hotel Direct Staffing is responsible for generating new leads and acquiring new business to establish revenue streams for the company. The candidate will also provide daily progress reports and manage the recruitment process efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and acquire new business for Hotel Direct Staffing.
  • Cold call and visit businesses to discuss services with prospective clients.
  • Use a CRM program to track calls and sales progress.
  • Visit current client establishments to follow up on employee progress and issues.
  • Submit daily progress reports via phone and email.
  • Maintain a spreadsheet of conversations and visits with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bilingual communication skills.
  • Strong talent acquisition and recruiting skills.
  • Experience in negotiation and technical recruiting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR sourcing and talent management practices.
  • Ability to conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process efficiently.
  • Familiarity with ATS and internal recruiting processes.
  • Sales experience and hotel recruitment knowledge are beneficial.
