About the position

The Staffing and Onboarding Specialist at Body Techniques is responsible for recruiting new wellness providers and maintaining relationships with existing providers. This role focuses on ensuring a high-quality experience for clients through effective onboarding and training processes. The position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting new providers and instructors
• Onboarding and training new providers
• Maintaining relationships with existing providers
• Managing recruitment and staffing of events
• Providing support to team members and providers
• Creative problem solving for staffing challenges
• Communicating effectively with team members
• Working evening and/or weekend hours as needed

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years experience in sourcing and/or recruiting in a high volume, fast paced, remote environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a remote role
• Ability to work PST business hours
• High speed internet access
