About the position

The Client Relations Manager at PlaceSmart is a full-time sales position responsible for outreach and relationship building with potential and existing clients. This role emphasizes developing trust and earning business through effective communication and community participation. The position offers significant income potential with no cap, allowing for growth into higher-level roles such as Director or Executive. The manager will work closely with an assigned team to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct first-person outreach to potential clients and develop trust relationships.
  • Participate in community events to promote the agency and its services.
  • Manage existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with an internal team to set fair pricing and respond to client inquiries.
  • Fill open orders quickly and ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and learn from experiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Zendesk.
  • Previous sales experience in staffing or recruiting.
