About the position

The Bilingual Staffing Coordinator at Adecco is responsible for providing on-site support, ensuring exceptional customer service, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. This role involves engaging with associates and supervisors to meet client success metrics and assisting with timekeeping and attendance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes
  • Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed
  • Attend client meetings
  • Assist with onsite timekeeping
  • Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met
  • Complete associate counseling in regard to performance and attendance when needed
  • Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Experience in staffing or human resources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with timekeeping systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Customer service experience
