Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ministry leadership to ensure adequate staffing levels for hospital departments.
  • Respond to real-time changes in patient census, acuity, and sick calls.
  • Recruit and allocate resources for assigned patient units.
  • Utilize multiple software applications in a high-volume environment.
  • Continuously reevaluate competing priorities to meet staffing needs.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • Associate's Degree in Healthcare, business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 year of computer application and database management experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
