Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Home Care Aides and coordinating Client services
  • Managing and supervising a staff of Home Care Aides
  • Building positive relationships and effectively communicating with Aides, Clients, and Case Managers
  • Working closely with other Coordinators in the office to ensure that clients receive consistent, quality care
  • Assisting the Agency as needed in getting new client referrals and helping in agency growth
  • Performing administrative tasks as needed to maintain agency function.

Requirements

  • Experience in a home care agency, preferably in the Essex County area
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 1 year of experience as a Home Health Coordinator (Required)
