About the position

The Staffing Coordinator role at Adecco involves managing the recruitment process for candidates in the manufacturing industry. This position is focused on scheduling interviews, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and supporting recruiters with various administrative tasks. The role is contract-based for an 18-month period and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews for all incoming candidates
  • Maintain positive candidate experience including bringing candidates to and from interview rooms/meetings if necessary
  • Coordinate times and locations for all interviews
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements
  • Manage candidate expense report forms
  • Schedule through our Applicant Tracking System, Workday
  • Support recruiters by inputting data into ATS
  • Assist in creating status reports for hiring managers
  • Initiate, review, and obtain approval for all background checks
  • Initiate and review results of all drug testing required
  • Revise and create process documents as needed
  • Pull and organize reporting from our ATS
  • Draft, review, and send all offer letters through our ATS
  • Work directly with C level executives and senior management on candidates scheduling and logistics
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team
  • Work closely with other HR team members to constantly refine hiring process

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • College Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years professional work experience
  • Must act with urgency and be nimble as schedules change
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and patient with a high tolerance for last minute changes
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills and proficient with other calendar tools
  • Comfortable handling ~70-90 calls/week from hiring team members
  • Fast learner, self-starter, and very proactive
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • High energy, driven, articulate, professional, and friendly personality with a customer service mindset
  • Excellent people skills
