About the position

The On-Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations in a 24/7 warehouse environment, focusing on people management, operations, and client management. This role requires building strong relationships with client managers, ensuring effective communication, and addressing business needs while managing staffing resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with client managers through daily interactions and weekly meetings.
• Solicit input on department concerns and provide necessary support to ensure partnership success.
• Participate in client leadership and planning meetings to identify business needs and potential pitfalls.
• Develop plans to meet client needs and navigate client requests effectively.
• Forecast the need for onsite requisitions in a changing environment.
• Partner with support business units to maximize staffing resources.
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate employees to ensure superior service.
• Provide ongoing feedback and issue disciplinary actions when necessary, including terminations.
• Process payroll and assist with administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and uploading documents.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs of the facility to ensure safety and productivity, ensuring compliance with company rules.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience processing payroll.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of management.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability for weekend on-call duties.
• Reliability and responsibility to work under little or no supervision.
