About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for various positions within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates through various platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand market trends and talent availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Negotiate employment offers and contracts with selected candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide support in employee relations by addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the hiring process.
  • Lead generation for potential candidates through networking and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong talent acquisition and recruiting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in HR sourcing and talent management
  • Demonstrated ability in relationship management and employee relations
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with employee relations practices is a plus
  • 1 year of recruiting experience preferred
