About the position

Protech Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead their Riverside, CA location. This role is pivotal in driving sales, managing recruitment strategies, and overseeing operations within the staffing branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for developing a robust book of business, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, staff management, and customer relationship management within the staffing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic Sales & Recruitment plans to achieve growth targets and expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to meet performance objectives and deliver outstanding results.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and staff management, preferably within the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
