  • Monitor industry trends in staffing and recruitment to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in staffing, with a strong background in sales, preferably in Staffing Sales.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing candidate pipelines and recruitment data.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess recruitment strategies and outcomes effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and account management within a staffing context.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
