About the position
Vitality Staffing is seeking a Sales Representative to actively engage prospective customers and sell staffing services, particularly in the Light Industrial and Clerical sectors. The role focuses on customer acquisition and revenue growth, requiring a results-driven individual with a strong sales background in the staffing industry.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell Vitality Staffing services to prospective customers.
- Develop and foster relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new customer acquisition.
- Track progress and results by recording prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Manage accounts and assist the recruiting team in staffing accounts.
- Ensure all accounts receive proper customer service.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the staffing industry, specifically selling warehouse or clerical services.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales acquisition goals.
- Advanced communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
