About The Position
Malone is actively recruiting a personable and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about working with clients and employees, a problem-solver, relationship builder and result focused, we would love to hear from you. The Staffing Specialist is primarily responsible for recruiting and screening candidates to determine skill and fit for client needs. This includes interfacing with companies to determine staffing needs, understanding and managing the recruitment process, reporting pertinent information requested by clients, and fostering positive candidate relationships.
