The Staffing Supervisor at Crypto.com Arena is responsible for managing the operations of concession stands, ensuring a pleasant guest experience while overseeing various concessions duties. This role involves creating schedules, managing team member availability, and coordinating with the Concessions Management Team to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Create schedules for concession staff
- Partner with the Concessions Management Team on operational needs
- Manage team member availability every three months
- Oversee timekeeping using MyStaff
- Manage attendance records
- Coordinate temporary staff schedules
- Execute event day tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of one year leadership experience
