Responsibilities
- Move furniture, art, and accessories with care to avoid damage.
- Assist in setting up home designs for staging.
- Drive company Promaster vans to transport items.
- Lift and maneuver furniture weighing up to 50 pounds in tight spaces.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, realtors, and other real estate professionals.
- Learn and implement staging rules to enhance home aesthetics.
- Work with inventory applications to pack and install items accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
- Assemble furniture upon delivery and repair any damaged items.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (Non-CDL Class C) required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and maneuver furniture in tight spaces.
- Attention to detail is critical for the role.
- Ability to work well with a partner and communicate effectively during tasks.
- Understanding of professional communication in a business context.
