ICF is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to support a science and engineering innovation program at a federal agency. This role is crucial in enabling the U.S. to maintain its leadership in innovation in science and engineering. As a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator, you will collaborate directly with the Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager to execute the stakeholder management plan and deliverables related to the nationwide NSF program expansion. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the center of stakeholder relationships, directly influencing how the program interacts with key entities and individuals, and shaping the future direction of engagements. You will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, ensuring the stakeholder management plan is effectively implemented. Your responsibilities will include finalizing the stakeholder management plan in collaboration with the Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager, executing the finalized plan based on identified requirements, and conducting comprehensive research to identify potential anchor and consortia members for participation in regional events. You will engage identified potential members, ensuring their active participation and ongoing engagement with the NSF. Additionally, you will actively contribute to strategic planning, monitor project progress, and provide regular reports on stakeholder engagement metrics and other key performance indicators. Staying updated on innovation and R&D trends will be essential to align stakeholder engagement strategies with the evolving landscape.
