About the position

The Stakeholder Relations Program Manager is responsible for managing relationships with state EMS officials, federal and military partners, and EMS stakeholder organizations. This role involves onboarding states into National Registry systems, developing state EMS officials' portfolio information, coordinating communications with stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies. The position plays a crucial role in advancing the mission of the National Registry through effective stakeholder relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Independently and collaboratively coordinates, develops, presents, and maintains relationship responsibilities with state Offices of EMS.
  • Acts as an ambassador for the organization.
  • Organizes, coordinates, and collaborates with National Registry teams to ensure all partner actions and information are current and effectively managed.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of National Registry policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Supports proactive activities to establish, maintain, and facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinates, plans, attends, and presents at conferences, meetings, and events with stakeholders.
  • Supports stakeholder teams to provide overlapping management of entire stakeholder relations.
  • Supports strategic planning for the management of all stakeholder relations.
  • Assists stakeholder teams and National Registry workgroups in developing and implementing strategies.
  • Develops stakeholder frequently asked questions resources.
  • Manages multiple projects, sets associated deadlines, provides prioritization of work, and seeks ways to improve and assist others.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in Health or Business.
  • Experience in stakeholder management or relations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
