About the position

The Stand Up Forklift Operator position at Aerotek involves operating a stand-up crown forklift to pull stacks of meat continuously, ensuring a steady flow of product. The role requires recording productivity and materials loaded/unloaded on a computer, and involves both forklift operation and manual tasks such as palletizing and counting products. This is a contract-to-hire position with opportunities for both 1st and 2nd shifts in a refrigerated production facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up crown forklift to pull stacks of meat continuously.
• Record productivity and materials loaded/unloaded on a computer.
• Palletize and count products off the forklift as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other forklift operators in narrow aisles.

Requirements

• Stand up forklift experience (Crown or Raymond).
• Ability to work occasional weekends.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
