About the position

As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will be part of a team that provides an exceptional guest experience by delivering quality handcrafted beverages and food. You will uphold and maintain the execution of Food and Beverage Standards, ensuring that all products are fresh, in stock, and accurately priced. Your role will involve executing food and beverage processes, maintaining an inviting dining area, and engaging with guests to meet and exceed their expectations. You will also be responsible for following food safety requirements and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with guests and prioritizing their needs.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of Food and Beverage Standards and Starbucks brand standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Maintain an inviting dining area for guests.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and provide tailored service.
• Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items.
• Complete all required Starbucks trainings related to quality control.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and order pick up.
