Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and making their experience memorable.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
- Assist in the presentation and merchandising of food and beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn about coffee and beverage preparation.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.
