About The Position
The START program at Tesla is a comprehensive 16-week training initiative designed for individuals with prior automotive experience. This full-time program focuses on developing technical proficiency in electric vehicle service, combining in-class theory, hands-on labs, and self-paced learning. Participants will also enhance their soft skills through collaborative team-based exercises, preparing them for a career at Tesla Service Centers.
