About the position

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape and driving our business forward. This leadership position requires a visionary individual who can steer our technical strategies towards success. You will be responsible for leading the development of our core technology platforms and overseeing the execution of our tech roadmap. This includes serving as the primary architect, collaborating with external resources as necessary to build robust applications, and ensuring system stability and uptime. You will also be available for urgent technical issues round-the-clock, driving strategic tech decisions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience. Additionally, you will implement analytics tools to derive actionable insights into user behavior for informed decision-making, and manage mid developers and contractors to implement the company objectives. We are looking for a Fractional CTO who is willing and open to becoming full-time within the next 3-12 months after raising funds. We are currently in due diligence with one investor and have attracted significant investor attention from others. This is an exciting opportunity to join an AI startup for small service businesses that is growing incredibly quickly at 30%+ month-over-month. If you excel at translating business needs into technological solutions, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that encourages innovation, and are committed to long-term success, we welcome your application for the role of Chief Technology Officer.
