As a Statistical Project Leader in Biostatistics, you will lead one or more indications/projects in an Oncology Development at Sanofi, under minimum supervision of senior statistical project leader or team leader. You will provide statistical support and scientific leadership for responsible projects, ensuring accountability for statistical aspects of clinical development plans, studies, and submissions activities. You will mentor team members, promote teamwork, and ensure compliance with SOPs and departmental standards. Additionally, you will plan and track project activities, optimize resource utilization, and ensure productive collaborations with other functions in the aligned project team.
