About the position

The Portfolio Community Association Manager will oversee multiple Homeowners Associations (HOAs) within the Harbor Bay Isle community in Alameda, California. This role involves hands-on management, supporting HOA boards, and ensuring compliance with governing documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Act as the hands-on management specialist and liaison for multiple HOA boards of directors.
• Manage and support Community Associations, including all Association affairs and compliance issues in conjunction with the Davis Stirling Act and management contracts.
• Assist homeowners and Associations with problem resolution.
• Manage maintenance and projects of community common areas.
• Work closely with vendors and boards to coordinate maintenance services.
• Attend HOA Board meetings for assigned associations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Portfolio Association Manager.
• Strong knowledge of the Davis Stirling Act and Association Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn Full Focus Software.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High levels of customer service with attention to detail and organization.

Nice-to-haves

• CCAM or CMCA certification required; PCAM preferred.
• Experience in HOA management.
