About the position

The STEM Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical talent for technology organizations. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage candidates. The recruiter will work closely with hiring teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of joining the organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit technical talent for technology organizations.
• Utilize proactive sourcing techniques including Seek Out/Phenom People, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, Google Xray, GitHub, and social media.
• Leverage technical preemployment assessments such as Code Signal, Hacker Rank, and Coder byte.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring teams, candidates, and internal HR teams.
• Understand the competitive talent landscape and communicate the value proposition to candidates.
• Manage the full talent pipeline from university hiring to internal talent mobility programs.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of recruiting experience in-house or at an agency, preferably in technology organizations.
• Two or more years of experience recruiting technical talent, including knowledge of immigration regulations.
• High proficiency in proactive sourcing techniques and tools.
• Hands-on experience with technical preemployment assessments.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience using Workday Recruit.
• Experience using Phenom People or another CRM.
