Lay Coaches work collaboratively with clients to foster self-awareness and empower them to make positive changes in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their needs and goals.
• Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to each client's objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their coaching journey.
• Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions as needed.
• Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Knowledge of coaching techniques and methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
