The Sterile Processing Apprentice position at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region is a hands-on, 6-month apprenticeship program designed to prepare individuals for a career in sterile processing. The program combines online learning with on-site labs at Front Range Community College, allowing apprentices to gain practical experience while working as Uncertified Sterile Processing Technicians. Upon successful completion and certification, apprentices will transition to full-time certified roles.
