About the position
The Service Greeter/Valet at Steve Lewis Subaru plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to clients bringing their vehicles in for service appointments. This position involves greeting customers, confirming appointment details, and assisting in a busy service environment, working closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers at their vehicle in the service drive
- Check mileage and confirm the appointment details
- Assist with other responsibilities assigned by management
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
