About the position
The Steward (Banquets) position at Live! Casino & Hotel is essential for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities
- Responsible for washing and sanitizing all kitchen and dining room dishes, silverware, pots and pans.
- Responsible for ensuring that all items are clean and presentable.
- Responsible for keeping the guest area clean and tidy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Zero (0) to six (6) months food service experience.
- Ability to use chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to read and write basic instructions.
