About the position

The Brand Ambassador role at STIIIZY is designed to enhance brand awareness and drive sales by promoting products through various media channels. The position involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing team to achieve marketing goals, educate customers, and represent the brand at events. The role emphasizes versatility, allowing for cross-training in other departmental positions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and execute company initiatives
• Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products via in-store demonstrations and company-related events/parties
• Build rapport with customers and vendors and maintain a positive brand image
• Monitor customer and account feedback, escalating product preferences in real time to the marketing department
• Track metrics and sales campaigns
• Represent the company at open houses, grand openings, events, and trade shows
• Commute to the office weekly to deliver feedback, participate in trainings, and collect marketing material
• Update and maintain territory store merchandising when needed
• Conduct budtender trainings, teaching staff about our brand and products
• Maintain personal marketing material inventory
• Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be over 21 years of age
• Prior experience in a customer service environment
• Available for on-site and remote operations
• Clean driving record
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
• Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
