About the position

Brand Ambassadors are the face and voice of our brand. Brand Ambassadors increase brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. They work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events. At STIIIZY, we value the versatility and adaptability of our employees. While the primary focus of this role is on being the face of the brand, the successful candidate may also cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs. In this role, you will work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and execute company initiatives. You will educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products via in-store demonstrations and company-related events/parties. Building rapport with customers and vendors is essential to maintain a positive brand image. You will also monitor customer feedback and escalate product preferences in real time to the marketing department, track metrics and sales campaigns, and represent the company at open houses, grand openings, events, and trade shows. Additionally, you will commute to the office weekly to deliver feedback, participate in trainings, and collect marketing material. Updating and maintaining territory store merchandising when needed, conducting budtender trainings, and maintaining personal marketing material inventory are also part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and execute company initiatives

  • Monitor customer, account feedback, and escalate product preferences in real time to the marketing department
  • Track metrics and sales campaigns

  • Commute to the office weekly to deliver feedback, participate in trainings, and collect marketing material
  • Update and maintain territory store merchandising when needed
  • Conduct budtender trainings, teaching staff about our brand and products
  • Maintain personal marketing material inventory
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • Available for on-site and remote operations
  • Clean driving record
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
  • Ability to drive
  • Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
